Went in due to my steering wheel being left of center. Truck is brand new but after I brought it in steering wheel is far right now. There is a trim piece on center console don’t seem to be in all the way but I was told that’s just normal. I had to take it to another dealership to get steering wheel centered which had nothing do with alignment issues like your service dept. told me. And the trim piece had wrong clip in it or something they also fixed that. I have a moderate rating because as far as getting me in and the friendliness I was greeted with was great. Just I didn’t feel like my issues were taken care of as well as they should have been. I did NOT buy the truck at ORR but they are my closest dealership for service so I had high hopes to get a good job to return for all services and maintenance on the new truck.

The service department is hard to talk to anyone, when you do finally get to leave a voicemail no one returns your call. I know they are busy at times, but I've been in the service dept many times, and I try to talk to someone and they are always answering the phone or on the phone when you trying to explain something, so I know they know how to talk on the phone but not sure they know how to return voicemail messages...

I was not happy about the fact that you waited two weeks to reach out to other dealers for the parts, not happy about the fact that GM was holding the parts and would not release them for some reason, (that is what I was told). Other than that, Orr did a pretty good job. The only thing I think Orr could have done better would have been to keep me informed along the way. I had to keep calling to get an update.

The dealership did a pretty good job trying to keep me happy while I waited over 2 months to get an engine replaced, but when you have a warranty that covers a loaner vehicle and you only get the use of one for about half the time it just added to the frustration I had with the whole experience.

the service rep was rude and sarcastic, I asked for the idle to get raised a little while they changed my oil and he put it in for a complete inspection costing me $110 I didn't have and my oil change appointment took two and a half hours.... This is my third trip into ORR and every time it has been more of the same, Don't go here if your time is limited because they will waste it, don't go here if you expect quality because their people are unable to deliver it. Could they fix this yes but not without firing everyone in the service department and starting over with better people! My family will never be back and my verbal reviews to anyone that will listen will never send anyone their way!

Service Writer didn't appear to care about my transmission concerns on my NEW 2024 Chevrolet 1500 RST. When i dropped off my vehicle I explained the transmission issues I was experiencing, and when I picked up the vehicle after the 7500 mile service, the Service Writer told me that hard downshift at low RPM's was normal. Check in was pretty easy. A little slow but I did arrive about 45 minutes early. My service advisor had to leave on personal business so no one informed me when my vehicle was ready. After approximately 2 hours I noticed that it was parked in the lot. After inquiring re the status my service advisor (who must have just returned) told me my vehicle was ready. He apologized for the delay. I’ve been extremely happy with the service I have received from Orr but two plus hours for the service I was in for isn’t acceptable.

I was pleased with my vehicle being fixed but not with the communication. When I took my vehicle in on a Friday, Orr failed to Contact Me to let me know they could get started in the car. I had to call several times and had a really hard time reaching someone. Finally the person in charge of my car told me He called me to let me know about the car but my phone sent him to voicemail. He didn’t even bother leaving a message so my car was started until Tuesday if the following week. He did not tell me when it would be done so I kept calling and had a hard time reaching someone one again. Finally I went in in my own in Thursday at 1 pm since they told me the car would be ready “after noon” it wasn’t ready, turns out to him “afternoon” is the same thing as at “closing time” 5:30 pm. Not happy with the communication from those guys at all.

Also I would think that a dealership as big as yours would have plenty of tire censors. I was told that you didn’t have any. So I had to come back 2days later. Usually, I get in and out without too long a wait even without an appointment, though I always try to make an appointment for my oil change. This time I had another appointment prior so made this one for closer to noon. I learned not to do that. My appointment was for 1045. I arrived a few minutes early, they were busy but it was about 1230 before my truck was finished. I asked why it took so long this time and he said well some of the workers went to lunch. So if they are going to stop and go to lunch don’t make appointments for lunch time. I still had a lot of things I needed to do before getting home to do chores so didn’t get it all done. Like I say this time was different, usually they are really good about getting you in and out in a timely manner

I think 2 stars is a little harsh but 3 is too much. I hate being one of those people who go on here just to bad mouth but this needs attention for potential customers. I brought in a 2022 Colorado Zr2 with an loud sound from the front differential knowing the seal had gone bad but this truck only has 21000 miles on it just to let that be known. From the dealer which is not Orr I purchased the truck brand new in 2023 with tires that had flat spots. I guess it sat for to long during covid when people weren't buying vehicles. Its those tires that caused vibrations to ruin the seal I know this now. My problem with Orr is they completed the warranty job with a new seal Thanks for the new seal but who ever did the job took out the CV joint and whatever fluid leaked out was NOT replaced or even topped off. They put the new seal on put the CV joint back in and called it good. By the time we made it back home and we live 50 miles away a new noise had emerged which is what prompted me to investigate further. The shield for the rotor was touching the rotor making a metal to metal scraping noise. I took off the tire and bent the shield back out problem solved. This is where my disappointment with Orr starts. Decided to check fluid level in diff out of curiosity because the noise was still there. But to my complete surprise my finger had to be put all the way in to find fluid. With differentials fluid should seep out the plug hole when full. I drained the fuild into a Burger King cup and it didn't even fill it half way and looked like metallic paint. I understand the dealer loses money on warranty work but come on. I would have gladly agreed to being charged for new fluid had they asked me but they didnt even offer to top it off and actually that should of been part of the warranty anyways. I understand that dealers lose money on warranty jobs but to not even offer or mention that the fluid needs replaced or topped off is just pure negligence. What was they thinking? That I would go down the road destroy my diff then bring it back for them to replace? I'm just trying to understand why they would purposely not refill it at least. I know one bad apple can make the whole bunch look bad and thats not my intention. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and Herold on the phone anyways sounded like an genuine good person but this is unacceptable. So future customers and present know that there is someone in the service department who either was having a bad day or just is a bitter employee. So you must verify with your own eyes that the work was done. So Glad I took the time to remove the skid plates myself to double check. Its going to save me thousands on a new diff. And plus the noise was undeniably still there till I replaced the fluid myself. Just think I was going to take my silverado in for service as well its time to flush the transmission and replace the fluid but guess Ill take it somewheres else. Or have the person I trust to did it. Myself.

I recently purchased a 2026 Chevy truck and wanted a keyless entry keypad for the driver's door. I found the part that I wanted on the Chevy App. On the app, there were two options, Chevy would send the part to Orr Chevrolet, and I could pick it up for free or it would be sent to Orr and would be installed for an additional $82.50. I called the parts department at Orr and ordered it myself instead of on the app. Once it came in, I called the service department and scheduled an appt to have it installed. I was told by the nice lady that made my appt that installation would take approximately 1 1/2 hrs. My appt was at 0900 on 19 Dec. I arrived for my appointment handed my keys to Mr. David Weyrick (Service Advisor) and went to the waiting room. The installation wound up taking 5 hrs. I had already coordinated with my work for the 1 1/2 install but had to waste a full day of vacation because it took 5 hrs. Mr. Weyrick finally came and informed me that my truck was ready, so I followed him to the cashier's window to pay. He placed the invoice on the counter where I could see it. I saw that the total for the invoice was $400.23. That amount caught me off guard because I was expecting $82.50 because of the Chevy App. I blurted out "Does that say $400?" Mr. Weyrick said in a matter of fact, extremely condescending way "yes, 2 hours of labor at $165 an hour". I told him what the Chevy App said and attempted to show him and Mr. Weyrick again in a very condescending way said, " well the app is wrong". From that point forward, every time I tried to talk, Mr. Weyrick attempted to talk over me. I asked twice to please stop talking over me before he quit talking. I was extremely frustrated so I stopped focusing on Mr. Weyrick and looked at the cashier (who was extremely apologetic and understanding) and asked her to ring it up so I could pay. After paying, I had to walk through the service department to get to my truck. When I entered the room, Mr. Weyrick who was sitting at his desk across the room stated again in a very condescending way "your keys are in your truck". I looked at him and asked, "Are there any instructions on how to program the keypad?" and again, in an extremely condescending voice, he stated, "they're in your truck". I have never been treated or talked down to like that after spending that amount of money ($225 for the part +$400 for installation) at an establishment and will never use or recommend Orr Chevrolet/Cadillac/Nissan again.

Was not good not happy at all. I ask specifically before and after every oil change provided about air filter/brakes being looked at and get assured that they will because it’s part of the check list and if something needs changed mechanics will inform them. Mechanic came in showed the air filter to rep and rep came to get me to ask about replacement. That air filter looked like it needed changed 7 services back so I suspect the mechanics didn’t check my air filter up until this service. I’m glad he checked and got it changed out but paying for services that’s supposed to be provided and not being done is an issue and makes consumer question if everything is being done properly.

Did not even make it home without lights coming back on to service system just serviced, feel there is no sense in even trying to figure it out would be a waste of time to try and even contact yall back just gonna have to take a loss to far to drive and for some reason had hard time getting the car home have never had tranny issues before but had issues shifting after visit to you.

Like always it was excellent. Dropped the SUV off for Recall work and it was preformed and completed when they said it would be. Discussed another issue and we decided to have it done when I bring the SUV in for the next service. I find the whole staff at Orrs to be really nice and professional.
