The Silverado offers a similar setup in the base model, with available upgrades to a 355-hp V8, 420-hp V8, or 305-hp turbodiesel. Choose from 17-inch or 18-inch wheels for either truck, with additional 20-inch and 22-inch options for the Silverado.
Towing and Utility
The Colorado is near the top of the midsize pickup class with a towing capacity of 7,700 pounds and a maximum payload of 1,710 pounds. Step up to the Silverado if you need to tow up to 13,300 pounds and haul up to 2,100 pounds. The Colorado comes with a 5’2″ bed that holds about 42 cubic feet of cargo.
