The lineup includes five trims: WT (Work Truck), LT, Trail Boss, Z71 and ZR2. Every model now comes standard with the TurboMax 2.7-liter four-cylinder engine, which packs a punch with 310 hp and 430 lb-ft of torque. It’s paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, which means quick acceleration, smooth power delivery, and up to 7,700 pounds of towing.
What’s New For 2025?
The biggest change for 2025 Chevy Colorado is under the hood. Every Colorado now comes standard with the more powerful TurboMax setup. Standard and optional features have also been updated, making comforts like heated seating, wireless charging and advanced trailering tools easier to use.
Another cool update is the EZ Lift StowFlex tailgate, available on LT and higher trims. With its torsion-bar assist, the tailgate opens and closes with less effort, while a storage compartment holds tools or small gear.
Inside, the Colorado boasts an 11.3-inch touchscreen with Google built-in, along with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Drivers also enjoy a clear 11-inch digital instrument cluster, creating a modern, tech-savvy cabin.
