Located inside the Regional Airport Terminal, it contains 64 display cases documenting famous aviators and aircraft from Fort Smith and beyond.

There’s also a preserved Piper J-3 Cub for visitors to observe, a light aircraft manufactured between 1938 and 1947. The museum is open from 5:30am to 11pm from Monday to Sunday and is free to visit. Although it’s popular with folks taking flights, the museum is located in the public area of the terminal and can be visited by anyone.
