Bolt EV

The Bolt EV might be right for you if you live in the city, have a smaller family, or are on a budget. The Bolt EV is a subcompact car with approximately 259 miles of electric range. It’s also one of the most economical choices on our list. The Bolt EV and the Bolt EUV may qualify for a $7,500 clean vehicle federal tax credit, making these cars even more affordable.

Bolt EUV

The Bolt EUV is the larger and roomier version of the Bolt EV. The EUV gets slightly less electric range than the Bolt at 247 miles. However, if you have a larger family, the EUV may be the better option—it’s about 6 inches longer than its smaller cousin, which means there is more legroom for any passengers in the rear seats. The EUV is comparable in price to the Bolt EV in price.

Equinox EV

New for 2024 is the first-ever all-electric Equinox EV, the mid-range electric SUV in the Chevy lineup. The Equinox gets about 319 miles of electric range and comes in at 210 horsepower. All-wheel drive is available as an add-on, which would increase Equinox’s horsepower to 290.

The Equinox also features the Chevy Ultium Platform, a next-generation feature of the Chevy EV lineup that the Bolt EV and Bolt EUV don’t have. The platform uses advanced technology to help improve how much electric charge the Equinox, Blazer, and Silverado EVs can hold. The new platform will also help reduce charging time, which means you can get on with your day more quickly.

Blazer EV

The Blazer EV, also new for 2024, is a family vehicle that also dominates its class in terms of performance. Chevy’s high-end electric SUV gets 342 miles of electric range, which is significantly more than the Bolt EUV and modestly more than the Equinox. The Blazer also features up-to-date technology, such as an 11-inch diagonal driver information screen and Google built-in compatibility.

Unlike some of the other options in Chevy’s lineup, one thing that sets the Blazer apart as an electric SUV is its power; the Blazer gets up to 557 horsepower and 648 lf-ft of torque and can reach 60 miles per hour in four seconds.

Silverado EV

The Silverado is a Chevy staple that is now available as an electric vehicle for the first time. The Silverado gets the most mileage compared to any other car on this list with 400 miles of electric range. It is also the most powerful of the EV fleet with up to 754 horsepower, 785 lb-ft of torque, and the ability to tow up to 10,000 pounds.
